Genius! Who ever came up with the new packaging for the popping boba pearls. After trying to have stuff delivered for my business time after time and of course it was ups or fedex that will damage the items I gave up on this company. And with the new way of packing things up I guess it’s damage proof. I’m happy business as usual for me. The worst is not having the product for your customers. Will give it another chance.

After waiting 3 hours for my order, the receptionist are the best and make my time go by with any anger issues. All jokes aside, the receptionist/ Front staff are best. They are willing to assist and solve problems if any. Some people forget that this is a warehouse that caters to small to large businesses and sometimes you have to wait. Just like any other business currently, there are staffing issues. Jeanette, April, Jill and Pearl will help you through your endeavors and Michael and Daniel will try to get the warehouse going and get your order ready in a timely manner.

This place is the best, every one so friendly. April and Jeannette are very courteous and helpful. Daniel in the warehouse is great to work with. Great products and great people. Will definitely recommend and continue to come back.

I ordered from this site and I was very pleased. I was skeptical at first because of the negative reviews but I’m glad I took the chance because it was very easy to place my order and track it. Best part my order came very quick and they had the best prices ever. I usually will not order if I can’t pay through PayPal but the price was the best online so I took the chance. So glad I did.
